Use Your Surroundings

You don’t need a full gym in order to get in a great cardio workout. Using what is around you in your own home can get you the same results. For instance, taking a few laps up and down the stairs or doing chores like vacuuming can get your heart rate up. No need to head to the high school bleachers to get this intense workout completed!
