Last Minute Home Workouts for Swimsuit Season

With summer just around the corner, you’re most likely thinking about the warm sun and hanging out at the beach or pool. If you don’t think that your body is “swimsuit ready” and you don’t have enough time to exercise, don’t worry. Here are some effective, last minute home workouts you can do to get ready for swimsuit season:

get beach ready by strengthening your core and body stability. Good posture also helps reduce strain on your body and helps you breathe better—very important for not only every day activities, but when working out.

Hit the Pavement

Running is a great way to get your body ready for swimsuit season whether you’re running outside on on the treadmill. It not only helps relieve stress, but helps you lose weight and improve your cardiovascular health. Remember to stay safe when exercising outside by wearing the right kind of shoes and drinking plenty of water.

Strengthen Your Lower Body with Squats

No exercise is complete without some lower body exercises. Squats are a great way to work out your:
