With the GymTrakr app, you can track heart rate, calorie burn, and workout data for running and cardio workouts. The app also offers Apple Watch integration, and the ability to share workouts to other devices and apps such as Apple Watch, Nike +, Strava, and My FitnessPal.
Simply use your smartphone to download the GymTrakr app, connect to a compatible residential treadmill, elliptical, or bike before beginning a workout, and then share and review data once your workout is completed!

The Zwift app combines the intensity of training with the fun of gaming! You can run or cycle in a variety of virtual worlds, and join a community that motivates you each and every mile!
Choose from 5 virtual worlds, with 80+ routes, train for personal upcoming races, join community groups, and more! To utilize Zwift, simply download the Zwift app (iPad or Apple TV recommended), and connect to a compatible TRUE treadmill or bike, or utilize a Zwift RunPod to connect to non-compatible treadmills and bikes.
